Emotional regulation helps with learning at school, impulse control, making friends and supports tweens to become more independent. The group setting can assist children to develop regulation skills by talking, planning, and problem solving together with their peers, which helps to build good social, self-confidence, and self-esteem skills.
Workshops will be held during school holidays. Follow our Facebook page for event updates.
